The event was a great success with an exceptional number of visitors and warm, dry weather. It was great to see so many old friends.

Many thanks to the Gweek Events Committee for doing most of the organising, erecting the marquee and gazebos, running the refreshments and the traffic control.

Well done to Billy and Tracy Orchard for contacting nearly 100 ex-members and to Simon and Tracey Dunkley for setting up the display of band memorabilia.

We look forward to doing it all again for the 100th anniversary!
